How long are care visits?
Visit length and frequency are agreed around the support you need and the tasks in your care plan. Tell us your preferred times and routines, and we’ll discuss suitable options and availability.
How much does care cost?
The cost depends on the type of care, the support required and the agreed schedule. Following assessment, we’ll confirm the proposed care and costs before you decide. Read our guide to care costs.
What happens after the assessment?
If we can provide suitable support, we’ll agree a care plan with you covering tasks, visit arrangements, costs and responsibilities. A start date is confirmed based on your needs and carer availability. You can involve family members in the discussion if you wish.
